Work Requirements:

- Proven track record of managing employee relations and resolving conflicts
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Proficient in HR software and technology
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
