We are pleased to share that Cubes has officially received the Family Friendly Enterprise (FFE) certificate, awarded by the Ekvilib Institute and Balance Company. This milestone is the result of a comprehensive evaluation of our workplace policies and reflects our long-term commitment to our team’s well-being.
The Family Friendly certificate is an internationally recognized standard and management tool designed to help organizations improve the balance between the professional and personal lives of their employees. It isn’t just a formal title; it is a framework that introduces specific measures to support various life stages. For Cubes, this means enhancing policies around flexible working arrangements, providing better support for parents, and ensuring that our operational culture respects the time our employees spend outside the office.

The entire certification process was successfully led by our colleague Ivana, whose efforts ensured that our internal values were aligned with the highest standards of the Ekvilib Institute.
