Job Responsibilities:
- Managing all aspects of the project, including project schedule, scope management, project risks,
resource planning, and setting project goals and priorities; - Defining specific project requirements in communication with clients;
- Participating in estimating project timelines and costs, in collaboration with the team leader;
- Creating test plans with QA testers and overseeing their implementation;
- Organizing and conducting training for clients on how to use implemented software solutions;
- Actively participating in the recruitment of new team members.
Work Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management in the IT sector;
- Preferred knowledge of business processes in telecommunications or eCommerce;
- Understanding of software development and agile methodologies;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills;
- Ability to balance technical and managerial challenges;
- Proactivity and a willingness to take initiative.
