Transparentnost zarada i napredovanje<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2266\" data-end=\"2511\">Veliki broj zaposlenih ne zna ta\u010dno koji su kriterijumi za napredovanje, kolika je razlika u platama unutar tima, niti kako izgleda njihova karijerna putanja. Kada informacije izostaju, javljaju se <strong data-start=\"2464\" data-end=\"2488\">sumnja i nesigurnost<\/strong>, \u0161to vodi do odlazaka.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2513\" data-end=\"2680\">Kompanije koje praktikuju <strong data-start=\"2539\" data-end=\"2574\">otvorenu i redovnu komunikaciju<\/strong> o zaradama, o\u010dekivanjima i ulogama dobijaju zaposlenog koji zna gde ide i za\u0161to treba da ostane ba\u0161 tu.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"2687\" data-end=\"2778\"><span style=\"color: #dc8df0;\"><strong>Zaklju\u010dak: Ljudi ne odlaze zbog bolje ponude, ve\u0107 zbog nedostatka razloga da ostanu<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"2780\" data-end=\"3008\">Zadr\u017eavanje talenata ne podrazumeva samo da \u201ene izgubimo zaposlenog\u201c ve\u0107 i <strong data-start=\"2849\" data-end=\"2868\">aktivno ulaganje<\/strong> u ljude.
