Pandemija je pokazala da timovi mogu da budu efikasni i produktivni i kada nisu u kancelariji, a zaposleni su osetili benefite fleksibilnosti, u\u0161tede vremena i boljeg balansa izme\u0111u posla i privatnog \u017eivota. Me\u0111utim, kako se svet polako vra\u0107a u \u201enormalu\u201c, deo kompanija razmatra vra\u0107anje zaposlenih u kancelarije. Da li \u0107e ovaj trend uspeti u doma\u0107em IT sektoru?<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"721\" data-end=\"790\"><span style=\"color: #dc8df0;\"><strong data-start=\"725\" data-end=\"790\">Brojke govore jasno: Zaposleni ne \u017eele povratak u kancelarije<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"792\" data-end=\"999\">Prema istra\u017eivanju \u201eOsiguranika\u201c o IT sektoru u Srbiji, \u010dak <strong data-start=\"852\" data-end=\"996\">vi\u0161e od dve tre\u0107ine zaposlenih koji trenutno rade remote reklo je da bi razmislilo o odlasku iz kompanije ako bi im ta opcija bila uskra\u0107ena<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1001\" data-end=\"1211\">Ovo nije sitnica, u industriji u kojoj je nedostatak kvalitetnog kadra hroni\u010dan, ignorisanje \u017eelja zaposlenih mo\u017ee skupo ko\u0161tati poslodavce. Hibridni modeli, gde timovi sami defini\u0161u koliko \u010desto dolaze u\u017eivo, sve \u010de\u0161\u0107e se name\u0107u kao kompromisno re\u0161enje.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"1902\" data-end=\"1950\"><span style=\"color: #dc8df0;\"><strong data-start=\"1906\" data-end=\"1950\">Mo\u017ee li remote rad trajno funkcionisati?<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1952\" data-end=\"2284\">Naravno, rad na daljinu nosi i izazove: odr\u017eavanje timske kulture, komunikacija, onboarding novih ljudi i o\u010duvanje ose\u0107aja pripadnosti.
